The Wall
What This Is
The Wall is our community’s space to share fitness achievements, workout breakthroughs, and the moments when something shifts. Whether you’ve hit a new personal record, completed your first group class, conquered an exercise that challenged you for months, or discovered something about your own strength you didn’t know was there — this is the place. These are real stories from real members, posted to celebrate together. The Wall runs year-round, and every story matters because someone in our community is reading it and recognizing themselves.
The moment you share your story, someone else knows they’re not alone in their journey.

What Makes a Story That Lands

How to Post Your Story to the Wall
- Write your story in 2–3 sentences. Start with what happened. End with why it mattered to you.
- Submit it: stop by the front desk, message us through the app, or email it to the community address.
- Tell us about a photo. We can photograph you during a future session, or you can send one of your own.
- Choose your name or anonymity. Tell us which applies to your story.
- Watch for it. We post new stories every Monday and feature the strongest ones in our weekly newsletter.
That’s all there is to it. The stories that get featured in our newsletter and on the homepage are the ones that get read by the most people, but every story posted goes into our wall archive. They stay there. Members come back to the Wall to find motivation, to see what’s possible, to meet others who’ve walked the same path. Your story might be the one that changes someone’s mind about trying a new class, attempting a movement they’ve been afraid of, or simply deciding that showing up one more time is worth it.
